Charity Shop Manager - Flexible Retail Leadership

Isabel Hospice is seeking a committed and experienced Store Manager for our charity shop in Ware. You will lead the team, ensuring high standards of display, presentation, and customer care, while maximizing sales and supporting our mission to provide expert care.

This role requires flexibility due to weekend work and follows a 5 days over 7 shift pattern. A generous benefits package includes 27 days holiday and a Cycle to Work scheme.
