Chargeback Specialist - £14/hr About the opening

• £14/hr pay rate
• Hybrid work set-up based in Oxford

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve customer chargebacks and disputes
• Communicate with payment processors, cardholders, and others as needed
• Apply bank and card industry regulations in resolving disputes
• Enter and maintain chargebacks in the management system
• Develop strong relationships with key partners

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience managing chargebacks or payment disputes
• Prior experience supporting the merchant side of disputes
• Ability to work independently and with multiple deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
