About the team:

The Channel Partnerships team is at the forefront of driving global B2B growth by building and managing a high-performing network of strategic channel partners. Focused on collaboration, the team works across all B2B business units to align partner initiatives with company objectives, driving growth and expanding market reach. The channel partner team plays a key role in optimising partner performance and fostering long- term, mutually beneficial partnerships as it stays ahead of industry trends and market dynamics ensuring adaptability in rapidly changing industries.

You will report to: Director, Global Head, Channel Partnerships

The Role

The Channel Partnership Manager will manage and grow our B2B partner ecosystem across all Dow Jones B2B business units: Risk and Compliance, Factiva, and Newswires.

You will play an important role in driving revenue growth with existing partnerships through initiatives, as well as exploring opportunities & executing plans for new partnership ventures. By working across all B2B, the ultimate goal is to leverage partnerships to grow business revenue and achieve sustainable long-term success.

The role

Build relationships with senior level leaders in the partner organisations so that we stay top of mind throughout the organisation as a valued partner, and our content and data is maximised within the bounds of the agreements in place.

Support revenue growth by leveraging go- to- market initiatives with B2B channel partners; e.g. conduct or arrange for marketing activities which promote our partnership and drive end-customer awareness

Conduct or arrange through internal teams for partner trainings, sales material, support material, and develop a feedback loop so that Dow Jones Information is at the forefront of the partners' sales teams and so we can collect regular feedback, and if desired, adjust our offerings accordingly.

Oversee the performance and development of existing channel partners by tracking and documenting data.

Maintain high levels of Partner satisfaction through regular communication ultimately ensuring loyalty through the quality of our solutions, the quality of our relationships and the excellent level of responsiveness to their needs

Help take prospective partners through our onboarding process, ensuring internal alignment on partnership terms and establishing a mutually beneficial relationship.

Manage the channel partner renewal process; including data collation and presenting a compelling business case

Maintain accurate and appropriate records within the global CRM systems providing timely management information

Support and work with our Partner Success Coordinator in onboarding Partners once agreements are signed or modified.

Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Product, and Tech teams to ensure successful partner lifecycle

You Have

5 years of experience in partnership/ account management, in a B2B environment.

Successful track record in a relationship management role supporting strategic solutions to companies

Strong results orientation to drive to achieve retention and business growth

Excellent relationship building skills ensuring ongoing industry credibility

Ability to understand and demonstrate the value proposition for the Dow Jones products

Good planning skills and attention to detail to successfully plan and complete annual renewals and to develop and implement longer-term growth and retention strategies

Experience in business negotiations and internal/external relationship management

Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate clearly.
