About the Role
We are seeking a business-driven and entrepreneurial Channel Manager - Emerging Markets to build and expand our partner ecosystem across Europe. This role focuses on driving net-new customer growth through strategic channel development and partner-led sales. It offers an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of our partner strategy across selected European markets, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (resellers, integrators, consultants) in key emerging markets (Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, the Netherlands, and Belgium).
- Create and execute joint go-to-market strategies that drive pipeline and sales growth.
- Activate and enable partners through onboarding, training, and QBRs.
- Manage partner business plans and monitor funnel health, performance, and revenue contribution.
- Balance long-term partner development with short-term revenue generation.
Sales Execution & Collaboration
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to align partner strategies with business priorities.
- Serve as the main point of contact for partner sales teams and work alongside them on joint customer opportunities.
- Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track partner engagement, deals, and forecasting.
- Influence partner marketing initiatives and budget allocation to maximize market impact.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in partner management or business development, ideally within the digital infrastructure, cloud, or data center industries.
- Deep understanding of the indirect sales model and partner ecosystems.
- Strong track record of acquiring new customers via channel partnerships.
- Experience working in international markets; familiarity with partner landscapes in Europe is a plus.
- Self-starter with the ability to build scalable programs and processes from the ground up.
- Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and a hands-on approach.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills. Fluency is English is required, Dutch is a great plus.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
