Salary: £45,375 per annum

Location: Stafford/Telford - Hybrid

Hours: 36 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Day in the life of a Change Partner

As part of our Change and PMO team, you'll play a key role in enabling and delivering our systems thinking approach to improvement. Working in partnership with colleagues across the organisation, you'll act as a trusted advisor-supporting teams to identify opportunities, apply improvement methodologies, and continuously enhance services.

  • Partner with either our Investment & Growth or Customer Experience teams to drive improvement
  • Advise on improvement methodologies and lead practical delivery activity
  • Facilitate workshops, including customer journey mapping and service reviews
  • Act as a "critical friend", offering constructive challenge and independent insight
  • Support operational teams to identify and implement improvements
  • Collaborate with Change and PMO colleagues to connect work into wider programmes
  • Move confidently between strategic thinking and detailed analysis to improve outcomes
What we are looking for

We're seeking someone who combines strong delivery experience with curiosity, influence, and a passion for doing things better. You'll bring:

  • A strong track record of delivering change initiatives and building engagement across teams
  • Experience leading improvement work (e.g. service reviews, process or technical improvements)
  • Experience delivering change in a regulated environment
  • The ability to think strategically while also working at a detailed level
  • Strong critical thinking and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
  • Proven ability to influence and persuade at all levels, including senior stakeholders
  • Confidence to challenge constructively and question the status quo
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including root cause analysis
