We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a large-scale Service Management transformation initiative. This role will play a key part in helping teams adopt new tools, processes, and ways of working as part of an enterprise-wide transition to ServiceNow.
This is an excellent opportunity for a change professional who thrives in transformation environments and enjoys driving user adoption, stakeholder engagement, training, and operational readiness across business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities Change Management & User Adoption- Lead change management activities across the Service Management function.
- Assess the impact of new processes, tools, and operating models on end users.
- Develop and execute change adoption strategies and readiness plans.
- Identify and address resistance to change through targeted engagement activities.
- Track and measure user adoption and readiness throughout the transformation.
- Design and deliver training plans and learning materials.
- Create user guides, FAQs, process documentation, and supporting resources.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Promote continuous learning and capability development within the team.
- Partner with business leaders, operational teams, and program stakeholders.
- Develop communication plans to support successful change adoption.
- Facilitate feedback sessions and address concerns throughout the rollout.
- Translate technical and process changes into clear, business-friendly messaging.
- Support business readiness activities ahead of key releases and deployments.
- Coordinate with operational, support, and project teams to ensure a smooth transition.
- Manage multiple change initiatives and competing priorities.
- Act as the central point of coordination for change-related activities impacting Service Management teams.
- 5+ years of Change Management experience within technology, IT, or business transformation environments.
- Proven experience supporting large-scale tool, process, or operating model changes.
- Strong background in training, communications, stakeholder management, and user adoption.
- experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing organizational change impacts.
- experience working within Service Management, IT Operations, or Enterprise Technology environments.
- Understanding of release, patching, and operational change processes.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow is required.
- experience supporting ServiceNow adoption or transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with ITIL and Service Management best practices.
- Prosci, ADKAR, or similar Change Management certification.
