Change Manager (MDM Background) - Remote - ASAP Start - Poland Based

Our client is looking for a Change Manager to lead the end-to-end change and adoption of an enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solution, ensuring successful delivery across technology, processes, and people. Partner with business and IT to embed governance, stewardship, and sustainable BAU operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the change strategy and plan for the MDM programme (discovery through to hypercare).
• Run stakeholder management, impact assessments, and change workshops across business and IT.
• Define and implement the data operating model (governance, stewardship roles, RACI, decision forums).
• Translate technical delivery (data model, integrations, workflows, DQ rules) into business impacts, processes, and adoption actions.
• Deliver comms and training (role-based enablement for data owners/stewards/users/support).
• Drive readiness and adoption (go-live criteria, adoption KPIs, BAU handover).

Required Experience

• Proven change management delivery on data/ERP/platform transformations.
• Strong understanding of MDM & data governance concepts (golden record, stewardship, data quality, ownership).
• Comfortable working with technical teams (architects, data engineers, integration leads).
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills; English required, Polish preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with MDM tools (eg, SAP MDG, Informatica, Reltio, Semarchy, Stibo).
• Exposure to GDPR/data privacy considerations in master data processes.
