Location: 2 days in Reading per week, 3 days remote

We're supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations throughout the UK.

They're looking for a Change Manager with SAP S/4Hana implementation experience, and an understanding of the manufacturing sector to support their client.

• An independent consultant
• British national without dual nationality
• 5+ years' experience in change management, ideally gained within a consulting environment
• Track record of leading and delivering change programmes or projects for large organisations implementing SAP S/4HANA
• A reasonable understanding of the manufacturing industry
