This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *partnering with senior leadership to drive cultural and behavioural change at scale, ensuring teams and leaders are set up for long-term success.*.

About the role
Our client is undergoing a major organisational transformation to create a more agile, collaborative, and innovative way of working. As Change Manager - Organisational Transformation Coach, you will partner with senior leadership to drive cultural and behavioural change at scale, ensuring teams and leaders are set up for long-term success.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and guide C-level and executive leaders in agile ways of working

• Shape and deliver the transformation roadmap in partnership with leadership

• Enable portfolio-level agility, OKR alignment, and cross-team collaboration

• Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions, and organisational design activities

• Advise on governance, funding, and operating models that enable faster, more autonomous decision-making

• Build internal capability to sustain transformation beyond the contract period

What we're looking for

• 12+ years experience in change management, organisational design, or agile transformation

• Strong track record coaching senior executives and leadership teams

• Deep knowledge of agile and lean principles; experience with frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Flight Levels

• Skilled facilitator with excellent stakeholder engagement abilities

• Background in product, engineering, or organisational design is a plus
