Change management specialist - 12+ months - hybrid - freelance

We are looking for a Change Management Specialist who can ensure business readiness, adoption, and value realisation across the Technical Service rollout. The role supports the company's multi-market transformation by aligning stakeholders, preparing users, and enabling smooth adoption of new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess change impact and readiness across markets and stakeholder groups
• Define a global change and adoption approach, adaptable to local needs
• Support communication planning and stakeholder engagement
• Advise on training approach and business enablement (not necessarily content creation)
• Align change activities with rollout waves and implementation plans
• Support adoption measurement and value realisation

Expected Experience & Skills

• Strong experience in change management for IT/CRM transformations
• Experience supporting multi-country or enterprise rollouts
• Comfortable working alongside delivery teams and business stakeholders
• Practical, delivery-oriented approach to change (not purely theoretical)

• Location: Copenhagen, Denmark: or Poland (Poznan or Warsaw)
• Contract length: 12months + - Freelance
• Hours: 40hours/week - full time
