Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for a results driven leader with at least years experience leading project controls on complex mega infrastructure projects for leading international tier 1 contractors.
• We are looking for someone qualified to APM PMQ, APMG Project Planning and Control Practitioner level, or equivalent, with MRISC preferred.
• We need expert knowledge of contract, cost and EVM systems, including PRISM, Unifier and InEight.

Responsibilities

• We lead the delivery and governance of the Change Management process across the CWA, ensuring compliance and consistency.
• We manage the complete lifecycle of change from SZC directions and instructions through to compensation events, recovery plans and contingency drawdowns.
• We coordinate interrelated changes across sections to maintain programme and cost integrity.
• We configure and leverage Oracle Primavera Unifier to track, report and manage all change activities.
• We develop dashboards, metrics and reporting tools that provide visibility of change performance and trends.
• We support strategic decision making by integrating cost, time, risk and contract constraints.
• We champion HSE and Nuclear Safety as embedded principles in every change decision.
• We promote Digital Engineering tools and processes, establishing integrated systems linking BIM data with schedule and budget.
• We build and maintain trusted relationships with our Client, acting as a strategic advisor.
• We develop high performing teams and drive capability development across the alliance.
• We protect the integrity of our cost and programme envelopes.
