Job Title: Change Lead
Location: UK (Hybrid - up to 3 days onsite/travel, primarily across the Midlands)
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 + 10% Bonus + Benefits

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Change Lead to drive and manage change activities across key transformation programmes. This role will take ownership of change management for the team, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end change management activities across programmes and projects
• Develop and Run effective change strategies aligned to business objectives
• Create clear, structured plans to support the transition from current state to future state
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional business teams to ensure alignment and engagement
• Deliver critical communications and stakeholder engagement initiatives
• Assess change impacts across business areas and define appropriate mitigation strategies
• Support and guide leadership teams through change initiatives
• Monitor adoption, readiness, and effectiveness of change interventions

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a Change Lead or Change Management role within transformation programmes
• Strong ability to develop and implement change strategies and plans
• Experience working across multiple business functions such as sales, finance, and supply chain
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes across core operational areas
• Experience with SAP environments is desirable; other ERP system experience will also be considered
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and influence at all levels of the organisation
• Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities

Work Model

• Hybrid working with up to 3 days onsite/travel
• Travel primarily within the Midlands region
