Chairman's Office - Admin & Research
Competitive salary on offer - up to £45k for a 6 month FTC, with immediate start and potential to extend or become permanent. This role is based in a prestigious office on the W1 location.
OverviewIn this unique hybrid role, you will support the Chairman and Chief of Staff as a senior assistant and business analyst. You will handle executive level support while driving strategic research, market analysis and business initiatives across a diverse portfolio of around 90 companies.
Responsibilities- Managing the Chairman's complex diary, meetings and priorities
- Coordinating meetings, taking minutes and tracking actions
- Supporting communication and project delivery across the business
- Conducting market research, benchmarking and competitor analysis
- Assisting with visa coordination and wider strategic projects
- Occasionally travelling internationally with the Chairman (US/India)
- A Master's degree or MBA (particularly in STEM, Engineering, Finance or Mining) is highly advantageous
- A proactive, highly organised and detail oriented individual
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Previous assistant and/or business analyst experience is highly desirable
- Immediate availability
Additional details: The role requires onsite work 5 days a week from 7:45am to 4:45pm. The position is a 6 month fixed term contract with competitive remuneration and the potential for permanent placement.
