£19.61 per hour
37.5 hours per week
Initial 12-month contract (with assignment expected to run up to 2 years)
Minimum 4 days per week onsite

We are recruiting on behalf of our well established client for a Certification & Compliance Coordinator to join their Personal Safety Division, supporting product recertification activities and preparations for the organisation's move to a new office location. This is an excellent opportunity to join a globally recognised multinational company and gain exposure to regulatory compliance, certification, and product stewardship processes.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting certification programmes, maintaining technical documentation, coordinating regulatory activities, and ensuring compliance records are accurately managed.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare regulatory documentation for product certification schemes.
- Support regulatory and corporate-driven changes affecting existing products.
- Prepare mark-ups and coordinate updates to product packaging and labels.
- Scan, archive, and maintain technical files and records.
- Support the shipment of regulatory samples for testing and certification activities.
- Maintain documentation within divisional and corporate systems.
- Perform routine regulatory and compliance activities for new and existing products.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained in line with company requirements.
We're looking for an organised and detail-focused individual who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys working with technical documentation and compliance processes.
Essential Skills & Experience- Previous experience within an office environment handling technical or critical documentation.
- Experience creating, reviewing, marking up, proofreading, and managing documents through approval processes.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within diverse teams.
- Flexible and self-motivated approach to work.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- High levels of professionalism and personal integrity.
- Knowledge of PPE products, standards, and regulatory frameworks.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within a multinational organisation.
- Exposure to regulatory, compliance, quality, or certification environments.
- Scientific or engineering-based industry experience.
Bachelor's degree in a Scientific, Engineering, or related discipline is desirable but not essential.
