This opportunity is a 6 month fixed term contract which ideally starts early/mid May.

Today we operate over 400,000 sq ft of hospitality led coworking, event, and members' club spaces for 5,000+ members across 15 sites in London, Birmingham, Manchester, and Milton Keynes, with more launches on the horizon.
The bit about the role:Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be pivotal to the success of our sales team nationally. As the primary point of contact for all inbound sales enquiries, you will confidently engage with brokers and prospective members to ensure the wider sales team fully understand their requirements.
Working closely with our sales managers and site teams, you will manage the sales inbox, upload all enquiries to HubSpot and allocate them to the relevant site. You will speak with brokers to qualify the leads and coordinate the viewing schedule to ensure cover across the portfolio. You will maintain the CRM to accurately reflect the status of all leads and ensure each active lead is followed up.
You appreciate the importance of positive broker relationships and take time to understand the needs of each client and enjoy creating unique and interesting engagement opportunities.

With between 2-4 years' inside sales experience you understand the fundamentals so will be able to get up and running quickly.
