Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insights that drive performance, improve customer experience, and shape operational excellence?

We're looking for a proactive and analytical professional to join our Trade Counter Resource Planning & MI team, someone who excels at identifying opportunities, enhancing processes, and providing high quality recommendations that elevate both colleague performance and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you'll play a key part in transforming data into actionable insight. You'll collate and analyse information from a range of reporting and software tools including Power BI, Power Automate & Excel; build automated reporting solutions and support the delivery of accurate weekly and periodic insight. From spotting performance trends to investigating data anomalies, you'll help ensure that our workforce planning, operational decision making, and service delivery continue to exceed industry leading standards.
