Location: Peterborough / Hybrid Central Operations Senior Quality Manager - Drive a Greener Future with Alliance This is a highly influential, quality leadership role shaping how quality is governed, assured and continuously improved across Alliance. As Senior Quality Manager for Central Operations, you'll define the systems, standards and insight that enable consistent, right first time delivery across programmes and partners. Working at the heart of the Alliance, you'll turn data and learning into action - reducing systemic risk, strengthening commissioning readiness, and building confidence in asset handover, safety and regulatory compliance.Extensive experience leading quality management and assurance within complex infrastructure or construction environments, ideally utilities or water Deep knowledge of quality management systems, auditing and standards such as ISO 9001Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate data and insight into practical, preventative action at portfolio level Excellent communication and governance skills, with experience operating at enterprise or alliance level
