Census 2031: Senior Operations Leader (Hybrid)

Scottish Government is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead the delivery of the Census 2031 in Edinburgh. You will direct operational readiness, workforce planning and delivery planning across census workstreams to ensure high-quality services and robust governance.

You will collaborate with partners across organisations to shape design, build, test and live operation, managing a large field force and multi-stakeholder engagement for a time-limited programme.
