MCG Recruitment are proud to be supporting a quality hospitality group in the search for a Chef de Partie to join one of their busy and well-established kitchens.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef who takes pride in producing high-quality dishes and maintaining exceptional kitchen standards. Working as part of a talented brigade, you will be responsible for managing your section, ensuring consistency in food preparation and presentation, and contributing to a positive and professional kitchen environment.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, have strong organisational skills, and demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering outstanding food. You should be able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team while maintaining high standards under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
• Take ownership of your designated section within the kitchen
• Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner
• Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation standards
• Assist with stock rotation and ingredient management
• Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional service

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready for progression
• Good knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
• Ability to work effectively in a busy kitchen environment
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Passion for quality food and customer satisfaction
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
