What's involved?As Staff Chef you will have a decent amount of autonomy over what you cook for the team on a daily basis. You will liaise with the Sous Chef over your menu ideas and produce balanced crowd pleasing food for the rest of the staff including meat dishes, vegetarian, salads and looking after any dietary requirements.
