Junior CCM developer.

We are looking for a motivated Junior CCM Developer with a keen interest in Customer Communications Management to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work on designing, developing, and maintaining document templates using Quadient Inspire. You will support the delivery of engaging and personalized customer communications across multiple channels, ensuring quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop document templates using Quadient Inspire Designer.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for template creation.
• Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and QA teams to ensure correct implementation of communication designs.
• Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of templates in production environments.
• Support version control and documentation of template components.
• Perform quality checks and fix template-level issues or formatting errors.
• Learn and apply best practices for regulatory compliance and accessibility (e.g., ADA, GDPR).
