The Catering Supervisor will oversee all aspects of catering operations, support with the management of the team, adhere to food safety regulations, and maintain high-quality standards.

- Supervise daily catering operations, ensuring food preparation, presentation, and service meet quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Lead, train, and coordinate catering staff, managing rotas, performance, and on-the-job coaching to maintain efficient service
- Monitor food safety and compliance, enforcing health & safety regulations, allergen controls, and cleanliness requirements
- Manage stock and supplies, including ordering, inventory control, and minimising waste while staying within budget
- Liaise with clients and management, handling special requests, resolving service issues, and supporting events or functions delivery
- Proven experience as a CateringSupervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Ability to pass a DBS
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on detail and compliance.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and industry regulations.
