What you'll be doing

• Oversee food preparation for 450 covers per day, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
• Motivating and managing our talented team of 7
• Controlling and managing a budget, stocktaking and ordering
• Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence

Monday to Friday 7:00am - 2:00pm 32.5 Hours Per Week Term Time Only
