Responsibilities

• As the Catering Manager, you will oversee the smooth running of the catering business with an annual turnover in the region of £1m.
• You will lead and inspire a permanent team of 7, with multiple casual staff on a regular basis.

Experience & Qualifications

• Working within a management role for a minimum of 3 years.
• Experience managing Coffee/ Deli Bars, Counter Service Restaurants and Events.
• High attention to detail and passionate about 5 service delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Working predominantly Monday to Friday, with weekends worked on a rotational basis.
