SHIFT OPTIONS

• Early: 6:00am - 2:00pm
• Late: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Enhance Catering Recruitment is looking for experienced Kitchen Assistants for an exciting long-term opportunity working within a large-scale airline catering and food production operation at Gatwick Airport.

This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable candidates looking for consistent, long-term agency work within a busy professional catering environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous kitchen, catering or food production experience preferred
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work a 4-on , 2-off rota
• Available for early or late shifts
• Good teamwork and communication skills

THE ROLE

• Assisting chefs with food preparation
• Preparing ingredients and basic food items
• Portioning and plating meals
• Supporting a busy, high-volume production kitchen
• Keeping kitchen and food preparation areas clean and organised
• Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
• Working as part of a large catering and production team

VETTING REQUIREMENTS

Successful candidates will need to complete the Enhance DBS process and a full 5-year referencing process before starting the assignment.
