Job Summary

The post holder will work as part of the Catering Service team. Core responsibilities are:

• Washing pots, pans, utensils and dishes; general cleaning throughout the departments, e.g. equipment and structural.
• Use of pot/dish washer machines
• Delivery of patient "food trolleys" to and from the wards, supplying meals and deliveries of various sorts to all service areas.
• Delivering to ward stores
• Assisting with basic food preparation
