Catering Assistant - The Friary School

Salary: Grade 2, SCP 4 FTE (£25,185), Pro rata, actual salary per annum £9,409.87 according to Academy Pay Policy.

Hours of work: 16 Hours per week, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 10:30 - 13:30 & Tuesday 09:30-13:30

Contract: Permanent, Part Time, Term Time 38 weeks plus 5 inset days (39 weeks)

Responsible to: Catering Manager - Finance Manager

Start Date: 01st September 2026

The Friary School is a well established academy with a 5 star food hygiene rating. We are seeking to expand the catering team by appointing a casual catering assistant to assist with the day to day operation of an efficient catering service that meets the required standard of needs for the school.

You will also be required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK, evidence of your qualifications and suitable references.

Monday 13th July 2026 at 12 noon.
