Role Overview

As a Category Manager, you will articulate business needs and develop strategic and operational plans for Starbucks retail coffee, Starbucks Reserve, and other lobby categories across all ownership models in the EMEA market. Your focus will be on creating brand-consistent, consumer-led, and commercially effective plans, best practices, portfolio, and standards.

You will work cross-functionally to develop and optimize the portfolio, identify growth opportunities, and drive commercial analysis, keeping abreast of industry trends and insights.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage portfolio and brand strategies, preferably within FMCG or retail sectors.
  2. Drive product, packaging, and innovation initiatives.
  3. Lead product/brand strategies and implement large-scale initiatives from strategy to execution.
  4. Conduct thorough data and sales analysis to inform decision-making.
  5. Lead product development projects, influencing NPD from insight to launch.
Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have experience in portfolio/brand management, a strong affinity with product and innovation, and a proven track record in leading strategic initiatives and product development within branded businesses.
