Job Description

• Develop and implement category strategies to drive growth within the petcare sector.
• Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for category expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing and sales strategies.
• Manage category performance and provide insights to improve product positioning and profitability.
• Work closely with agencies to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
• Present category strategies and performance updates to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Support the development of long-term plans for the petcare category.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Category Manager - Petcare will have:

• Proven experience in retail category management
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and consumer insights.
• Ability to develop and execute effective category strategies.
• Experience collaborating with marketing and sales teams to achieve shared goals.
