Overview

Category Manager - Construction/FM - Initial 3 month contract, managing suppliers across highways, construction, and waste. Public Sector experience required, 2 days a week on site in West Sussex.

Responsibilities

• Manage key subcategories within a £180M-£200M portfolio, driving best practice procurement across highways, construction and waste.
• Develop strong commercial strategies, guide stakeholders, and optimise performance across cost, quality and delivery.
• With over 300 suppliers in scope, be the expert voice for your areas-influencing decisions, improving outcomes and transforming how services are delivered.

Requirements

• Public Sector experience is a must.
• Immediate start required.
• Must be able to travel to clients West Sussex offices 2 days a week.
