What you'll be working on
- Delivery of key Tesco projects directly into the Category and Space, Range and Merchandising teams at Tesco
- Educating stakeholders in understanding new complex data solutions.
- Embedding new ways of workingboth internally and externally.
- You'll report to our Cat Man Senior Client Lead as part of our delivery team. You'll be expected to work independently, drawing insight from data, troubleshooting data issues, and presenting regularly to the client.
- Experience in building strong, trusted client relationships and quickly embed yourself in Tesco's head office (Requires a presence in Welwyn Garden City).
- Experience in analysing & presenting customer data to solve challenging problems and deliver business valuewith a strong eye for detail.
- Category management knowledge, understanding and experience
- Experience in an FMCG retailer, supplier or consultancy
- Experience in working on strategic projects, ideally collaborating with a variety stakeholders such as data science and technology
- Great communication skills, a strong collaborator who thrives in a supportive team
- Proactive and curious to uncover new opportunities and evolve processesto drive team efficiencies.
- Agility and confidence working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple priorities from multiple stakeholders and prioritise workload accordingly.
