What you'll do
  • Work with iconic brands such as Sellotape, Pritt, Loctite, Solvite, UniBond, and No More Nails.
  • Evaluate shopper insights and market data to develop a deep understanding of the market and shopper behaviours.
  • Identify and articulate key shopper trends, growth drivers and missions across various sales channels.
  • Support new product development, including coordination of internal processes related to product set up and display design.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams (Sales, Brand, Marketing) and external partners (agencies, customers).
  • Monitor and analyse the impact of promotional activities, providing recommendations for future actions.
  • Maintain activity plans across all channels to aid in planning and ensure clarity of promotional initiatives for all stakeholders.
  • Actively participate & present initiatives in internal meetings to Sales, Category & Brand Team.
What makes you a good fit
  • You should graduate (before September 2026 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor's, Master's (or equivalent) degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a multinational FMCG company is an advantage.
  • Passion for innovation, brands, and consumer behaviour.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • High energy level, learning agility, and a proactive attitude.
  • Good command of MS Office.
