Job Description

As a Catastrophic Injury Solicitor NQ-5 your duties will include:

  • Assist on a a caseload of catastrophic injury claims with appropriate supervision.
  • Provide high-quality legal advice and documentation to clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of court documents and case strategies.
  • Engage with clients, insurers, and other parties professionally and efficiently.
  • Conduct legal research to support case preparation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Ensure all work complies with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Attend networking events and contribute to business development initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Catastrophic Injury Solicitor NQ -5 should have:

  • A qualifying law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
  • Experience or strong interest in handling personal injury or catastrophic injury claims.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication and client engagement skills.
