Job Description
As a Catastrophic Injury Solicitor NQ-5 your duties will include:
- Assist on a a caseload of catastrophic injury claims with appropriate supervision.
- Provide high-quality legal advice and documentation to clients.
- Assist in the preparation of court documents and case strategies.
- Engage with clients, insurers, and other parties professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation.
- Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases to achieve successful outcomes.
- Ensure all work complies with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Attend networking events and contribute to business development initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Catastrophic Injury Solicitor NQ -5 should have:
- A qualifying law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
- Experience or strong interest in handling personal injury or catastrophic injury claims.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and client engagement skills.
