£12.82 per hours (including holiday pay)

Tees Barrage is also home to NorthShore Water Sports , the ultimate kayaking and canoeing store as well as Air Trail , the UK's biggest high ropes adventure course.

THE ROLE

The role will predominantly include delivery of kayaking, open canoeing, raft building, bell boating to a wide variety of customers. Along with helping with the smooth day to day operation of the venue.

ABOUT YOU

You must be self-motivated and have the ability to work with a varied range of customers of different ages and ability.

Essential Skills/Qualifications:
  • Paddlesport Instructor or higher (must keep qualifications updated)
  • Safeguarding certificate (can be gained through Tees Active)
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Enjoy interacting and motivating customers to build their confidence and skills.

The successful applicants will be required to have DBS enhanced checks.
