Casual Spa Receptionist

We are looking for a talented and passionate Casual Spa Receptionist to join The Connaught Aman Spa team at the award-winning 5-Star Deluxe Connaught Hotel.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting guests / visitors to the spa. Ability to create a very professional welcoming atmosphere.
• Undertake tours and show rounds of promoting both Spa and Leisure facilities
• Oversee and manage all bookings for spa treatments, personal training.
• Up selling, promoting our services and facilities.
• Advising clients of treatment would best suit them. (Being knowledgeable about the services that we offer).
• Processing vouchers, membership and mail order product sales.
• Arranging product display and reception area.
