About The Role

Shift Pattern: This is a casual contract, shifts will be available to cover sickness, annual leave, holidays, training and busy periods on site. 8, 10 & 12 hour shifts

Location: This role will be to cover hours across Reading and other sites across the M4 corridor.

As a Security Officer, you will be the first line of support for employees and visitors to the site, providing a professional and friendly service. You will be responsible for monitoring fire, security, and building systems, ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed in a professional and timely manner, and in compliance with relevant legislation

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• You must have the right to work in the UK
• Experience of working within the Security Industry is an advantage
• SIA licence is essential
• Ability to work on own initiative
• A professional demeanour with sound judgement and integrity
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
