Casual Residential Care Worker - Sleep-in Shifts

Headway is recruiting Residential Child Care Workers for a new residential home in Badgworth on a casual, ad-hoc basis. You will work with young people with challenging behaviour, providing holistic care and maintaining high records and standards.

The role requires QCF Level 3 in Children and Young People, strong interpersonal skills, and a full manual driving license. Sleep-in allowances (£46 per night) apply when required, with flexible hours and no fixed contract.
