Role Overview

You will join the Front Office team, working in the Reception area of the hotel. You will create memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome, demonstrating exceptional customer service, and maintaining knowledge of all room categories and hotel facilities.

Schedule

Temporary, Casual contract. Choose shifts that suit your availability.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly rate: £12.85 per hour plus incentives. Opportunity to work additional hours when available. Free meals when on duty (subject to availability). Free parking subject to availability.
