Casual Lifeguard - Ad-hoc Shifts, £13/hr + 10% Unsocial

Wiltshire Council is seeking casual Lifeguards to cover existing staff absences. You will be paid £13.05-£13.47 per hour with a 10% uplift for unsocial hours on an ad-hoc basis with no fixed hours.

You must hold a UK recognised pool lifeguard qualification and understand health and safety legislation. The role emphasizes member safety, strong swimming, and excellent customer service, with hybrid working where appropriate.
