Lighthouse Hotel Managementare recruiting for the exciting role of CasualGuest Service Assistant at theHoliday Inn Express Cambourne - Cambridge West.The successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent customer service and have strong administration and computer skills with a good telephone manner, have a positive and confident 'can do' attitude andbe willing to learn. You will be a team player to assist in all areas of the front of house operation.

What Are We Looking For?

We're looking for an individual who has;

• A great personality and be genuine, approachable and attentive
• A proven track record in a similar role
• Good organisation, communication and planning skills gained through previous experience

SHIFTS- as per rota

• Early - 07:00- 15:30
• Late - 15:00 - 23:30
• Night - 23:00 - 07:30

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
• Have high energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude.
• Desire to learn and develop.
• Strong communicator that loves to chat to our guests.
• Someone who comes to work with a smile and want to make sure everyone around you leaves with a smile.
• Smart professional appearance
• A sense of humour

NICE TO HAVE:

• Hotel reception experience.
• Bar & Restaurant experience
• A good working knowledge of hotelsystems is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work under pressure independently.
• Basic kitchen experience.
