As a member of the Food & Beverage Team at Voyager Restaurant & Bar at the Halyard Hotel, you are the reason why our Guests keep coming back for more. Our Food & Beverage Assistantswork as part of a team to serve our Guests and create unforgettable experiences for them, exceeding expectations from breakfast right through to dinner, to ensure that every guest wants to return.

Responsibilities

• Constantly seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests and give them the attention that they deserve. Make it your mission to ensure that every guest leaves happy.
• To ensure that all guests' wishes are met so far as is reasonably possible. Showing passion and pride for the hotel.
• Have expert knowledge of the food and wine that we offer and create opportunities to keep yourself up to date with our latest seasonal menu's to drive sales.
• Confidently deliver the key restaurant processes and standards, including our service steps, and demonstrate these consistently.
• Work well as part of a team, treating others like family and proactively seek out ways to lend a hand.
• Have an eye for detail and very high standards when it comes to our service, hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain our standards at all times, keeping our restaurant and adjoining areas clean and tidy at all times.
