Overview

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Casual Chef to join our team at the beautiful Parkgate Hotel. As part of our kitchen brigade, you'll support the delivery of high-quality dishes across our restaurant and events offering, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting in the preparation and cooking of fresh, high-quality food
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation
• Supporting the team during busy service periods
• Helping with stock control and kitchen organisation
• Working flexibly across shifts, including weekends and evenings

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred
• A passion for food and attention to detail
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work on a casual, as-needed basis
