We are seekinga reliable and skilled Casual Chef to join our kitchen team on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to work under pressure, and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in line with established recipes and standards
• Assist with food preperation, portion, and plating
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen at all times
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
• Support the kitchen team during service periods
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to senior staff
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients
• Adapt quickly to different shifts and service demands
