What Makes You Our Ideal Hero?

• Basic Food Hygiene knowledge
• At least 1 year's experience in a bar or beverage-led environment
• Great communication skills in English
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering amazing service

(No NVQ required - just talent, drive and the desire to make every guest experience exceptional!)

What You'll Be Doing

• Champion a welcoming, guest focused atmosphere aligned with our Resort values
• Build positive relationships within your team and across departments
• Maintain safe, hygienic working practices in line with hotel policies
• Understand and support departmental budgets and performance targets
• Take pride in ensuring every drink and every interaction exceeds expectations
