Job Purpose:

The candidate must be well-versed in online Casino/Gaming operations to quickly understand the role's responsibilities. Working efficiently as part of a team or independently is essential to ensure uninterrupted casino operations. The candidate will collaborate closely with the Casino Marketing Executive, the Casino Marketing Manager, and the Support team as needed.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Onboarding new partner sites: requesting and following up on technical configuration details and legal readiness, managing onboarding tickets beyond standard wait times.
  2. Managing attributes of each new skin based on site requests.
  3. Competitor research: uncovering insights from competitors and other sources to recommend improvements for business performance.
  4. Assisting the Marketing Manager and Casino Technical Operations Manager with task execution as requested.
  5. Reviewing third-party content updates, lobby functionalities, and ensuring partner sites comply with latest developments.
  6. Providing backup support for Marketing and Technical Operations Managers/Executives during leave periods.
  7. Updating casino-related files: operator list, statuses, legal requirements, AM information, and monitoring site requests for limit changes, RTP adjustments, game exclusions, etc.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Intermediate level.
  9. Fluent in written and spoken English and Turkish.
  10. At least 3 years of experience in the online gaming industry focusing on B2B technology.
  11. Good knowledge of casino products and functionalities in the online gaming industry.
