Role: Casework Team Leader
Contract Length: TO 31.03.2027
Location: Hybrid - London
1-3 days per week, minimum, on site, as required for Business needs.
IR35: In scope
There are no line manager accountabilities/responsibilities involved in this role.
Top 3 essential evaluation criteria
1. Strong Evidence based decision making in a high paced operational delivery environment
2. Experience/Knowledge of Government policy
3. Task Manager experience and coaching/mentoring people
Essential:
Experience of working for Government or working closely with Government in high pace operational delivery environment.
Experience of leading/mentoring a team with focus on welfare and well being
Although this role will have no line management responsibilities
Experience of being confident and credible collaborator with stakeholders and other partners to support and drive forward departmental priorities
Experience of using government policy to make sound decisions to support delivery of departmental objectives
Evidence of rules-based casework and Operational Delivery
Experience of working in a policy-led environment
MS 365 competent
o Intermediate Excel skills
