Job Description

Case Support Manager (Unsecured lending)

Salary: up to £35k plus performance bonus

Location: London- Liverpool Street (4 days in office, Fridays WFH)

The Role

The Case Support Manager will:

BDM Support:

Answers and handles phone calls from brokers (when BDMs in meeting/on other calls)
Chases the gathering of stips directly with the broker
Sends and chases contracts directly with the customer
