Overview

A primary school in Grimsby is seeking a proactive Site Assistant/Caretaker to join their facilities team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the school remains safe, secure and well maintained.

Responsibilities

• General site maintenance
• Opening and closing the premises
• Carrying out routine safety checks
• Supporting school events and lettings
• Maintaining external areas of the school

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar caretaker or facilities role.
• Strong organisational skills.
• A practical and hands on approach.
• Commitment to safeguarding and site safety.
