Location: Ubberley Road, Bentilee, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, ST2 0QS

Hours: 36 hours per week (Days and Nights)

Pay: £15.41 per hour

Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you'll lead and support the care team across both day and night shifts, overseeing staff allocations, administering medication, completing care assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

We are looking for someone adaptable and dependable, who thrives in a dynamic care environment and is flexible to support the home across a varied rota including both days and nights. Your leadership, compassion, and professionalism will help create a safe, happy, and supportive environment for residents and colleagues alike.
