Care Team Leader - Learning Disabilities (Supported Living)
Location: Hightrees, Enfield
Salary: £13.15 per hour plus a range of health and wellbeing benefits
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)

About the Role:

As a Care Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Registered Manager to deliver exceptional care and support at Hightrees. You will:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to provide person-centred, high-quality care and positive behaviour support
  • Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently across the service
  • Be a role model for best practice in support, safeguarding and positive behaviour support
  • Support the development and implementation of care plans that promote independence, choice and dignity
  • Contribute to on-call responsibilities and assist with rota management and staff supervisions
About You:
  • Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
  • Leadership or supervisory experience
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
  • A genuine passion for supporting people to live their best lives
  • Enjoy developing yourself and supporting your team to grow
